The Sony E system users will soon gain 9 new stands from the Sigma ART series, which are characterized by exceptional high image quality. What focal lengths and what light do we get?
Until now, the Sigma ART lenses were not available for the Sony E mount, fortunately now it will change. The manufacturer's 7 lenses will receive a Sony system and in addition, there will be two completely new glasses.

Cooperation with AF
The lenses have been designed to deal with the sharpening system in Sony mirrorless cameras , and this, as we know, is very fast and efficient. Therefore, the speed of data transmission has been maximized so that there are no delays and to ensure an equally good speed as in the case of Sony lenses. The lenses will be fully compatible with the matrix stabilization system. Optimization is achieved by adjusting the focal length of the lens and adjusting the stabilization parameters inside the camera. This means that the stabilization of the lens will work with the stabilization in the matrix providing even greater stability.
Good quality of optics
Correction of brightness levels at the edges of the image, distortion and chromatic aberration will be optimized by the flow of information about the optical parameters from the lens to the camera. However, the fastening itself is equipped with a rubber gasket that protects the structure against the damaging effects of dirt, dust and water droplets. The producer also offers an interesting service. Buying the lens and then changing the system of the camera do not have to sell it immediately. Sigma can change the mounting system in our lens to one that will be compatible with our new camera.
Availability and price
We do not know exactly when the lenses will go to the market or how much their price will differ from that for Canon or Nikon systems. It is a fact, however, that many users have long waited for the highly acclaimed Sigma lenses from the ART series to finally receive the increasingly popular mounting system, which is Sony E. Until now, Sony users could use Sigma lenses, but only with the use of the MC-11 adapter , which is not the cheapest, but much more important is the fact that on average it deals with the transfer of autofocus, so the ultrafast AF system in the body fell out pale when we used the adapter. Now it can finally change, and this means that the new lens will be used not only in photography, but also in the film, where it is possible to use continuous mode.
