What do you need to do to remove SLRs? When do the SLRs go through SLR cameras? Toshihisa Iida, director of Fuji, took the floor in this discussion.

Not so long ago, we wondered whether or not SLRs would make SLRs. We are not the only one. DPreview portal interviewed with Fuji, Toshihisa Iida in February this year. Generally speaking, this was an average-sized matrix, but there were general issues about the market. What, according to Iida, need the mirrors to replace DSLRs? First of all work. But of course this wre – Nikon is working on an advanced mirrorless, also Canon does not intend to stay behind. According to Iida "… yet another processor, one more generation of matrices should suffice to beat DSLRs." For this you need to work on the rate of fire to interest sports photographers and to update the viewfinder so that it does not go off while taking pictures. Later he added that during the Olympics in Tokyo in 2020 this classic SLR camera will be on the margins! And now the most interesting – the new generation of matrices, processors and a whole lot of mirrors is already there. So far the only representative of this group is the Sony A9 we tested, which was released in April this year. It has everything that Toshihisa Iida spoke of – a large number of FPS, a great matrix, a powerful AF, and a viewfinder that does not go out in the series.

This also raises hopes for the previously mentioned Nikon and Canon projects, but certainly Olympus or Fuji will not let up and show us something interesting. This also gives hope to new glass for professional use in different manufacturers. Well, it looks like the future is today . I'm just curious who will be able to afford to exchange the entire system …
